It’s your skin, handle with care
Know what it likes and doesn’t like. You need to find a healthy balance in your skin everyday. The way to do that is through a proactive approach. There are no shortcuts to doing this it’s a daily commitment. The commitment comes from being mindful of what you eat, as well as what you are using. Depending on what you eat, the water you are exposing it to, how much you travel, how stressed you are, medications you take, and the weather. Take notice to how your skin is behaving and treat it accordingly. This is not one size fits all. What works for a friend may not work for you. Keep in mind you may have to change your strategy based on the way your skin is behaving. you have to respond to those needs, and your response will vary throughout the year. So listen to your skin!
Remember to treat your face, neck, and chest as one “cosmetic unit.” Most products we use on the face should also be applied to the neck and chest area. Don’t neglect those areas they will give away your age.
