YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING
What does this mean to you? Do you think about your own health and well being often or just when you aren’t feeling well? It is equally as important to notice what makes you feel good as well as what doesn’t. Mindfulness and awareness need to be part of your everyday thought process. You need to recognize just how much your thought process figures into your well being. You have the power to change a thought and change the outcome of what this thought causes you to feel. We have choices… if its anxiety and stress move away from that by saying and doing things that create peace and calm. To some, this may just sound like a good thing to say. Easier said then done. And that may be true… but so what if it’s not easy. Do it anyway. Move from a dark place to the light. I am not suggesting you bury your feelings or hide them. I’m telling you to push through and work on them. Heal them so they don’t take hold every time an emotion is triggered. Paying attention to an emotion and dealing with it in whatever way possible and however long it takes is so much better then a lifetime of stress. As a health coach I provide support to you through the struggle…I don’t tell you what to do because my way may not work for you. But your way is the right way you just may need to have someone hold you accountable with where your feelings are coming from and what exactly you may be feeling. I can help you understand there is always another way. Getting stuck happens to all of us. Old behaviors are difficult to change especially if you don’t have someone to hold you accountable for the things you say and do. Having a clear picture of what you do and how you do it is the beginning of change. Learning and accepting what no longer works for you in your eating habits as well as your thoughts is the beginning of self care and the road to your well being. The goal should be ease, peace, calm and a clear vision as to why you do, say, and eat the things you do. We always have options so if you find yourself saying “I have no choice” think again!
Invest in yourself…you are worth it and the payback is huge.
