Application

Apply to the face, neck and around the eyes. Use cotton pads soaked in cool water to remove makeup and dirt, working upwards from the base of the neck. Repeat until cotton looks clean. Follow with Valeen Toner and rinse well. Complete by applying the recommended night cream for your skin type.
